1. I am thankful that it wasn't really (too)awkward waking up and showering in a strange house this morning.
2. I am thankful they had coffee ready for us when we woke up. No creamer and it was still delicious, go figure.
3. I am thankful we got a tour of the massive house we stayed in. They did a lot of things to their house that I hope to have in my own someday. He explained that the reason they did all those things is so they can share them with others and give them a fun and comfortable place to stay when they come to visit. This is EXACTLY the philosophy Meisha and I had in our house in American Fork and will have in our new house when we get it. It inspired me to keep on persisting with the path I'm on.
4. I am thankful that Mike (my customer) took us out to Pufferbelly Station for breakfast this morning. It was a cool little local hang-out breakfast place. Really good food. mmmmmm.
5. I am thankful that I tip more than 10%. It really disappointed me to see that someone with so much money couldn't share more of it with those who waited on him.
6. I am thankful we decided to take a detour into Moab on the way home. It was awesome and we got some really cool pictures.
7. I am thankful that I was able to hike all the way to Delicate Arch in one piece. It wasn't a very long hike (1.5 miles or so) but was STRAIGHT up hill. It was a lot harder hike than I remembered when I was 10 years younger.
8. I am thankful that Ricardo was a good traveling companion. We really had a lot of fun and are both cool with acting like goofy bastards.
9. I am thankful that I'll get to see Meisha when she gets off work in an hour. I REALLY missed her, even if it was just for a day.
10. I am thankful that I don't have to sleep in the pink room again tonight.
